Science in Style prohibits any and all abusive use of our website including but not limited to spamming, posting obscene content and posting defamatory content.

Intellectual Property Rights

All original content posted on Science in Style is the intellectual property of the founder Emma Culjat-Vukman. Guest posts are the intellectual property of the author (or authors) and can be removed immediately at the request of the author (or authors). Any use of Science in Style original content by a third party must be given permission in writing by the founder Emma Culjat-Vukman. Emma Culjat-Vukman reserves the right to rescind this permission at any time and for any reason. Any third party using original Science in Style content without express permission from Emma Culjat-Vukman will receive a notice to remove it within 24 hours. If that notice is not met said third party will be reported via a DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) complaint and/or an additional complaint to their own country’s agency that deals with the theft of intellectual property.

Brief quotations when accompanied by a citation and link back to Science in Style are permitted. 

 

Sponsored Posts

Any sponsored posts published on Science in Style have a sponsored post contract to ensure both parties fulfilled contractual expectations and obligations.

 

Permissions

All content on Science in Style has been fully referenced and all images are royalty free, have been paid for, or permission has been granted by the owner of the image. Should any user believe an image is being using inappropriately they should contact us at scienceinstyleblog@gmail.com for the image to be removed as soon as possible.

 

Legal Disputes

Any legal disputes will be resolved in Scotland as Science in Style was founded in Glasgow, Scotland. Legal disputes should attempt to be resolved via arbitration.  

 

Termination of Use

Science in Style reserves the right to terminate anyone’s use of our website at any time if they do not comply with the terms and regulations laid out in this Terms and Conditions page.

Science in Style reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, so please review them frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on Science in Style.
